Paying Water Bills by Mail - Payments sent in the mail can only be accepted as timely by the date postmarked on the envelope. Without a postmark on the envelope, mailed payments will be accepted and processed with the date they were received. It is suggested that when making a water payment by mail near the due date, that you take it to the post office and have it manually date stamped by the post office. Metered mail DOES NOT constitute a postmark.

The merchant charges a 2.75% convenience fee for credit/debit card payments, with a minimum of $1.75 and $2.50 fee for e-check payments less than $2,000.
